It raises, once again, serious questions about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's mental fitness, provoked unprecedented expressions of disgust from the Clinton administration and left experienced observers to wonder what other disastrous pratfalls the Israeli leader has in store for the dying Middle East peace process.
