Nov 28, 2005 | If the unexpected heart attack of a canine cop isn't news, then the jealousy-fueled murder of a Chihuahua certainly is. Maybe Los Angeles' ABC 7 local news should change its motto from "Southern California's news leader" to "When a dog story breaks, we're on the scene."
