Biography (8 p.m., A&E) begins "Planet of the Apes" week with a profile of Charlton "Get your stinking paws off me, you damn dirty ape" Heston. There's more fun than you can imagine on Fear Factor (8 p.m., NBC) as contestants try to escape from a submerged car. Doug is guilt-tripped into getting his cousin a delivery job on a rerun of King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS). Gavin MacLeod guests as Uncle Stu. On a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox), Ally and Larry are on opposite sides in an alienation of affection trial and John's Los Angeles girlfriend (Bernadette Peters) visits. Angel (9 p.m., WB) reruns the one where our boy has to engage in a jousting match with a demon knight.

Specials

A Flea Market Documentary (9 p.m., PBS, check local listings) travels the country, meeting junk junkies along the way. Demolition Day: Three Rivers Stadium (10 p.m., Discovery Channel) chronicles the trashing of the old ballpark. Boom!
