On Ed (8 p.m., NBC), Carol tries to help a music teacher friend (Anne Meara) hit by budget cuts, and Ed's high school girlfriend has a problem. Boot Camp (9 p.m., Fox) is the dumbest reality series yet. This is not necessarily a bad thing. On a new episode of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), Toby figures out the health secret that might prevent Bartlet from running for a second term. R.J. Cutler's reality series American High (10 p.m., PBS, check local listings), a cinéma vérite portrait of teens at a suburban Chicago high school, didn't last long on Fox (it wasn't idiotic enough). But PBS has picked up the show and will run it in its entirety, starting with a repeat of the opener. "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone unveil their new series That's My Bush! (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central), which asks the question, "What if President George W. Bush had his own sitcom?" This show (especially tonight's depiction of a summit meeting between pro-choice and anti-abortion leaders) is bound to piss a lot of people off. Enjoy!
