Cage and Fish are on the loose in L.A. on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). The new drama First Years (9 p.m., NBC) debuts. Attractive young lawyers have lots of sex in San Francisco. It's based on a British series called "This Life," which, presumably, was not set in San Francisco. On Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Ray buys Debra a vacuum cleaner. The sexy saleswoman has something to do with it. Dana Delany guests on Family Law (10 p.m., CBS) as a mother whose son kills his brother with a handgun. On Cold Feet (10 p.m., Bravo), Jenny makes a decision about her marriage and David's flirtatious brother comes to visit.
