The 1900 House (8 p.m., PBS, check local listings) gets another showing. Tune in as a modern British family learns the nauseating truth about life in Victorian London. On Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC), the fab four is not on good behavior at a commitment ceremony for friends. Finch falls in love with a female boxer on Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC). On ER (10 p.m., NBC), Greene undergoes brain surgery and the E.R. has James Belushi on its hands.
