Conan O'Brien's former sidekick Andy Richter shows up on Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC) as Maya's best friend from high school, who's now a motivational speaker with a big problem. Greene and a heart patient take the helicopter ride from hell on ER (10 p.m., NBC).
