Biography (8 p.m., A&E) has a new profile of brilliant, troubled actress Frances Farmer. On Friends (8 p.m., NBC), Monica's father has yet another reason to dislike Chandler when the two share an accidental lap dance. I don't know if that means "with each other." In the first of back-to-back episodes of Will & Grace (8:30 p.m., NBC), a break-in at Grace's apartment sends her across the hall to Will and Jack. In the second episode (9 p.m.), Will and Jack are aghast when former party-boy pals become responsible parents. On ER (10 p.m., NBC), the doctors struggle to save a fragile preemie, and Carter attends an A.A. meeting.
