Goodbye Dylan. Goodbye Donna. Goodbye Kelly. Brenda, where are you! Beverly Hills, 90210 (8 p.m., Fox) bows out for good with a two-hour series finale. It's junior-prom time on Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB) and the gang's tangled relationships make it pretty darn hard to decide who's going with who. The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC) ends its season with a cliffhanger (it's coming back next fall) in which disaster strikes when everybody's looking the other way. The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC) has a season-ending parody of other shows' tragedy-laden season finales. On Felicity (9 p.m., WB), our heroine must decide between a summer internship in New York or summer with Ben in California. A dead college student leads to strip clubs and insider trading (of course) on Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC). Michael J. Fox talks about his upcoming exit from "Spin City" on 20/20 (10 p.m., ABC). Michael Moore is back for a new season of mayhem on The Awful Truth (10 p.m., Bravo). The season opener finds him inviting presidential candidates to take a leap into a mosh pit.
Specials
Mama Naomi and Wynonna hit the concert trail in The Judds: Power to Change (8 p.m., CBS). Glamorous sis Ashley makes a brief appearance. After the Judds' warm-up act, Jesus (9 p.m., CBS) takes the stage -- well, the miniseries concludes, anyway.
