On Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB), Oz (Seth Green) returns to Sunnydale all contrite 'n' stuff, expecting to get back together with Willow. Boy, is he in for a surprise. Will & Grace (8:30 p.m., NBC) reruns the episode where Will and Jack protest outside NBC's "Today" over the network's censoring of a gay kiss. That's followed by a new episode (9 p.m.) in which Jack has a crush on the leader of a group of "ex-gays" (Neil Patrick Harris) and Grace befriends a kleptomaniac (Molly Shannon). Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) comes to L.A. in search of Faith, but finds that Angel is protecting the rogue slayer on Angel (9 p.m., WB). Frontline (check local listings, PBS) presents "Jefferson's Blood," Shelby Steele's examination of the relationship between Thomas Jefferson and slave Sally Hemings. On NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC), Sipowicz and Sorenson investigate a murder in a very mixed-up family. Don Henley performs on Storytellers (10 p.m., VH1), where he reveals the inspiration behind "Workin' It," his hard-hitting and not-at-all-clichid new screed against dot-commies: "This dude in an Infiniti QX4 cut off my BMW on the PCH! Damn that new money!"
