Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (8 p.m., ABC) begins four straight nights of sweeps shows in which celebrities play for charity. The contestants include Drew Carey, Ray Romano, Kathie Lee Gifford, Queen Latifah, Lance Bass of 'N Sync and relative Einstein David Duchovny, who went to Princeton and Yale and racked up a winning score on "Celebrity Jeopardy!" Biography (8 p.m., A&E) has a new profile of Ted Danson. About to turn 30(!), Ally seeks the counsel of a cosmetic surgeon on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). On Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), Robert is going nuts recuperating in his parents' house from his line-of-duty injury (he was gored in the butt by a runaway bull). Isabel thinks she might be pregnant with Michael's baby on Roswell (9 p.m., WB). The American Experience (check local times, PBS) presents "The Jubilee Singers: Sacrifice and Glory," a profile of the 1870s Tennessee gospel group made up of former slaves.

Specials

The '70s (9 p.m., NBC) concludes in a burst of Watergate, disco and really bad hair. Arabian Nights (9 p.m., ABC) also wraps up its two-night run.
