Bob (French Stewart) is a regular guy whose soul becomes the prize in a bet between God (James Garner) and the Devil (Alan Cumming). In the show, God looks like Jerry Garcia, which was a funny gag -- when "Roseanne" did it five years ago. 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) has a show about "cold" murder cases that were eventually solved. From Springsteen's consigliere to Silvio on "The Sopranos": 20/20 Downtown (10 p.m., ABC) interviews the multifaceted Steve Van Zandt.
