On a rerun of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), Charlie, Zoe, Josh and Sam are involved in a bar fight. 20/20 (10 p.m., ABC) investigates alleged fetal-organ trafficking. South Park (10 p.m., Comedy Central) repeats the classic queer-positive episode in which Stan's dog runs away to Big Gay Al's gay animal sanctuary.
