Ella Fitzgerald is profiled on a new Biography (8 p.m. ET/9 PT, A&E). Looking for Freaks and Geeks? Well, you won't find it. NBC has yanked the wonderful yet inexplicably under-performing comedy-drama off the schedule for the remainder of February sweeps. The show is supposed to return in March (yeah, right). In the meantime, NBC hopes you enjoy swell bonus episodes of Twenty-One (8 p.m., NBC). On Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox), Ally intentionally rams a car to meet the hunky driver. Debra is not amused when she learns that Ray taped over their wedding video on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). The American Experience (check local times, PBS) presents "The Duel," a chronicle of the events leading up to the 1804 gunfight between Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr. On Once and Again (10 p.m., ABC), Lily and Jake's divorce proceedings get ugly. Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel (10 p.m., HBO) has segments on Kobe Bryant, gender discrimination at country clubs and anorexia among male athletes.

In the documentary series A Personal Journey With Martin Scorsese (8 p.m. ET/9 PT, Turner Classic Movies), the director of "Taxi Driver," "Raging Bull" and "Mean Streets" (among others) discusses the films that shaped his life and art. The series airs Monday-Wednesday, 90 minutes each night; it's followed by some of Scorsese's favorite movies, including "The Bad and the Beautiful," "Citizen Kane" and "Cat People." The three-part series A Dog's Life (8 p.m., Discovery Channel) looks at the relationship between canines and humans. Kelsey Grammer narrates. And for those who can't get enough of our barking friends, behold the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show (8 p.m., USA).
