Live from Lincoln Center (check local times, PBS) presents "Perlman at the Penthouse," in which violinist Itzhak Perlman accompanied by the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra performs personal favorites at the Lincoln Center penthouse. On a bonus rerun of The King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS), Doug and Carrie have Ray and Debra Barone over for dinner; disaster soon follows. On a new episode of The West Wing (9 p.m., NBC), an impending Indian invasion of Pakistani territory has the Oval Office on alert. Drew tries to spread brotherhood after a store bigwig makes a racist remark at an employee meeting on The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC). On the new game show Junkyard Wars (9 p.m., Learning Channel), teams compete to build assigned objects out of parts found in a junkyard. In the first episode, psychologists and washing machine repair people vie to build a human piloted flying machine. Norm (9:30 p.m., ABC) falls for Laurie's sexy twin sister, who's played by Laurie Metcalf in time-honored dual-role sitcom tradition. American Masters (check local times, PBS) offers "Paul Taylor: Dancemaker," an Oscar-nominated 1998 profile of the trailblazing choreographer. On a new Law & Order (10 p.m., NBC), McCoy prosecutes a father for murder after his teenage son kills a kid with a weapon the man bought for him.
